Welcome to JA Inspire Virtual Career Expo

JA Inspire is more than Junior Achievement's Career Expo Fair; it helps eliminate the lines that divide and limit many of our youth by bringing the business community and local schools together in order to create pathways that will launch 6th & 12th grade students into their FUTURE—high school, college, and careers beyond.

Why JA Inspire?
Students will have the opportunity to explore various careers categorized by career clusters using the online career expo platform. They can watch videos, engage in interactive activities, and access additional content about the featured careers. This experience will provide valuable insights into which industries appeal to them, what specific jobs entail, and what educational paths are necessary for success. JA Inspire aims to guide students in narrowing down their future career choices. For businesses, this is an excellent opportunity to start building your future workforce and highlight the careers essential for your company's growth.
What is the cost to attend JA Inspire?
Thanks to support from our generous sponsors, there is NO COST for your school to attend JA Inspire!
When is JA Inspire?
JA Inspire is open now until June 1, 2025! Live volunteers will be active in the booths to answer student questions on Nov. 12th-13th and Feb. 11th-12th.
What will students do at JA Inspire?
JA Inspire helps you discover a range of careers—both those you’re already interested in and ones you might not have considered before! Explore and find out which careers align best with your skills and interests. Students can also watch webinars on key topics, including soft skills, purchasing your first car, and landing your first job.
How do I log in?
Students will be pre-registered and can log in using the unique username provided by JA to their teacher. No password is required. For any questions about accessing JA Inspire, please reach out to Emily Watkins at emilyw@ja-utah.org for Utah or Beth Weedon at beth@ja-utah.org for Idaho. There’s no need for a webcam or software download.
What should I do after I log in? How will I know where to go?
When you log into the event, you'll start by watching a video that welcomes you and outlines the day's activities. In the event lobby, you’ll find various booths you can visit virtually through the Exhibit Hall, or you can head to the Auditorium to attend webinars and presentations. If you need assistance during the event, just stop by our Help Desk!
What should my plan be after JA Inspire?
JJA Inspire has given you the opportunity to explore careers you might not have previously considered as well as those you already have an interest in. After the event, you can further research company websites, complete the post-event curriculum, and/or continue using JA resources to develop your future career plans!
